Toast Masters international is US - Head Quartered non profit educational organisation that operates Clubs world wide. Toast Masters international is a 360 Degree initiative to foster public speaking and leadership skills through peer groups. It helps the students hone their management skills, presentations and thus become a better communicator. Roots is the first college in twin cities to initate the Toast Masters International Club that has won the DISTINGUISHED PERFORMER RIBBON with elan.

Roots Collegium is the first to introduce Toastmasters International Club in Telangana.

Foundation Club

Roots Foundation Club is a reflection of its commitment to society. Roots has adopted two schools - Saraswathi Shishu Madir (Kukatpally) and Roots has sponsored their infrastructure, RO plant and rest rooms for students. Roots students have plans of distributing 200 toiletry kits to orphans.

Shaping young leaders of the future begins early. The Roots Entrepreneurs Club is committed to encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit in every young mind. The Club provides students opportunities to access entrepreneurial resources, network with their peers, hear insights from eminent guest speakers, attend creative workshops and attend social, networking and start-up events. “Chrysalis” is an in-house incubator, summer internship program which offers mentorship and training opportunities for students from the industry’s best entrepreneurs and investors.

Literature plays a powerful role in reflecting the norms, diverse cultures and the state of our societies were and are today. Literature has got a knack of putting forward the perspectives that were missed by one so far. Regular sessions happening at the literary clubs open up the doors to various approaches and a vision that helps one to look better into every situation. A rendezvous with their favourite author makes everything better.

Culture is an integral part of the Indian ethos. Roots Cultural Club encourages students to participate in extra cultural programs to enable them lead a richer and fuller student life. It offers students to explore multiple interests in the true spirit of collaboration, participation and co-operation.

Students also hone their management and organisational skills through the various events and activities such as Ethnic Days, Farewell Day, Freshers Day, Teachers Day & Creative Art. They also explore the vibrance of Indian culture by celebration of festivals such as “Bathukamma”, Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Ramzan and Christmas along with Music and Dance festivals.
